You can configure the grid columns.
Overview
The following types of columns are available in the bullet list designer:
Textbox – To add a simple textbox in the column
Dropdown – To add a dropdown list in the column
Name – To just add a name in the column
RaidioButtons – To add radio buttons in the column
Percentage – To add percentage dropdown in the column
Link – To add a link in the column
Checkbox – To add rows with checkbox
Bullet – To add a bullet column
To configure the grid columns
Select the Define Grid Columns tab.
This displays the following screen:
This displays the column details and the advanced configuration options as shown:
Scroll to the right to view the remaining options:
To specify the column settings
Select a column in the list.
Select the Column Settings tab in the right pane.
Select the sequence (position) of this column in the Column Index list.
Select hidden if you wish to remove the column from the bullet list.
Select the width of the column in the Width box.
Select the alignment in the Heading Alignment list.
Select the Read-Only checkbox to make this field non-editable.
Select the Is Printable check box to include this column in the print.
Select the Suppress Heading Print checkbox to suppress the heading from printing.
To specify the choice list for the dropdown column
Select a column in the list.
Select the Drop Down Settings tab.
Click Define Choice List.
This displays the Edit Choice List screen:
Update the choice list as per the usual steps.
Click Save and Close.
This choice list is displayed in the block as shown:
Select the Use Popup Choice List checkbox to display the choice list as popup list.
Click Save and Close.
The choice list is displayed as shown:
To specify the validation rules
Select a column in the list.
Select the Advanced Options tab.
Select the This column has validations checkbox.
Click Define Column Validation.
This displays the following screen:
Define the validation rule and click Close Form.
To specify the visibility expression
Select the This column has a Visibility Expression checkbox.
Click Define Visibility Expression.
This displays the following screen:
Enter the visibility expression and click Close Form.
To specify the custom style
Select the This column has a custom style checkbox.
Click Define Custom Style.
This displays the following screen:
Specify the custom style and click Close Form.
To map the bullet list columns for populating the content
This mapping is required for all columns to accurately populate data in content search results and to generate jobs using the artificial intelligence (AI) feature.
Select the Content Settings tab.
This displays the following screen:
Select the first column in the left pane and map to Main in the dropdown list in the right pane.
Select the second column in the list and map to Details in the list.
Select the third column (Required/Preferred) and map to Required_Preferred.
Click Close Form.
This saves the settings and closes the bullet list designer.
