You can configure the Word conversion profiles to select and display specific blocks and fields.
To set the default print conversion profile
You can set the default print conversion profile in the master template.
1. Select the profile which you wish to set default in the Word Conversion Profile list.
2. Select the This is the default Conversion Profile check box.
3. Click Save.
To change the order of the print conversion profiles
You can change the order of the print conversion profiles in the master template.
1. Select the master template in the left pane and click View All Master Properties.
This displays the properties of the master template.
3. Click More next to the ConversionProfiles property as shown:
This displays the CollectEditorCaption dialog box:
4. Use the arrow keys to change the order of the profiles.
5. Click OK.
6. Click Close Form.
7. Click Save and Close.
This requires access to the advanced master template.
To change the logo in the print job description
You can change the logo in the template of the Word conversion profile.
1. Click Download Template.
This displays the following dialog box:
2. Click Download File(s).
This downloads the template.
3. Open the Word template as shown in the following figure:
The logo size should be less than or equal to 200 x 80 pixels. This displays the image properly in the printed version.
4. Click Save.
To configure multiple logos in print profiles
You can configure multiple logos using the Logo() named expression.
The Logo() expression is used in the Word template.
For example, separate logos can be created for each company, division, or unit.
To upload the template
1. Click Upload Template(s).
This displays the following screen:
7. Click Browse File(s).
8. Select the updated Word file and click Import Checked Files.
This displays the following screen:
This reimports the Word template in the system.
9. Click Close the Upload Tool.
10. Click Save.
To set the password for conversion profiles
You can set the password for each profile. The Word documents exported using these profiles will be password protected.
1. Click the Security and Formats tab.
This displays the following screen:
2. Select the Protect the Output Word Document check box.
3. Enter the password in the Optional Password box.
4. Click Save.
