Administrators can test the workflow profiles by impersonating other users. This is done to ensure proper functioning in the real environment. Workflow profiles are tested when a new workflow profile is added or an existing profile is updated.
To test the workflow profile
Workflows are initiated in the following scenarios:
1. Adding new jobs
2. Revising existing jobs
Administrators or users with appropriate rights initiate workflows by selecting the workflow profile to be tested. They perform end-to-end testing until the job is finalized and posted.
