You can show or hide the bottom buttons in the View/Edit Job Description form.

To hide the bottom buttons

1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.

2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired job.

3. Double-click the required job.

This displays the View/Edit Job Description screen:

The bottom buttons (Previous, Next, and Save) are displayed by default as shown:

4. Click More, and select Master Template.

This displays the master template as shown:

5. Click the Form Editor Settings tab.

This displays the following screen:

6. Clear the following check boxes:

Show bottom buttons in non-workflow mode – To hide the Previous, Next, and Save buttons for all jobs in non-workflow mode
Show bottom buttons in workflow mode – To hide the Previous, Next, and Save buttons for all jobs in workflow mode

7. Click Save and Close.

This hides the Previous, Next, and Save buttons for all jobs (workflow mode and non-workflow mode) as

shown:

8. Click x to close the form.
