You can create and paste lists in various bullet lists in the View/Edit Job Description screen.
To paste the lists
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired jobs.
3. Double-click the required job.
This displays the View Job Description screen:
4. Turn on the Edit toggle to enable editing.
5. Click the tab for which you wish to use the paste function.
6. Click Paste List.
This displays the Text Editor dialog box:
7. Enter the details in this editor as shown:
8. Select the following option in the Split Text into Rows Based on list:
- Line Break Character – To display the list in bullet lists
- Single Blank Line – To display the list as a single line
- Double Blank Line – To display the list as a double line
- Three Asterisks *** (Horizontal Rule) – To display the list as a single line
By default, the Line Break Character option is selected in the Split Text into Rows Based on list. This displays the list in separate rows.
9. Click Save and Close.
This adds the functions in the Essential Functions list as shown:
10. Click Save and Close.
