You can copy and paste bullet lists in the form.
To view the copy-and-paste menu in bullet lists
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired job.
3. Double-click the required job.
This displays the Edit Job Description form:
4. Click the tab containing bullet lists as shown:
5. Click the Edit icon.
This displays the section in edit mode.
6. Right-click anywhere in the bullet list.
This displays the Copy menu as shown:
This also displays the Paste menu as shown:
The copy and paste menus are available in the edit mode only.
To copy and paste text columns
This option is used to copy and paste a cell in the bullet lists.
1. Right-click the cell (which you wish to copy), point to Copy, and select the Copy Text Column option.
This copies the cell value in the clipboard.
2. Right-click the cell (in which you wish to paste), point to Paste, and select Paste Text.
This pastes the copied cell data as shown:
3. Click Save and Close.
To copy and paste an entire row
This option is used to copy and paste an entire row in the bullet lists.
1. Right-click the row (which you wish to copy), point to Copy, and select the Copy Entire Row option.
This copies the entire row in the clipboard.
2. Right-click the row (in which you wish to paste), point to Paste, and select Paste Row(s).
This pastes the entire row as shown:
3. Click Save and Close.
To copy and paste all rows
This option is used to copy and paste all rows in the bullet list.
1. Right-click the bullet list (which you wish to copy), point to Copy, and select the Copy All Rows option.
This copies all rows of the bullet list in the clipboard.
2. Right-click the same bullet list, point to Paste, and select Paste Row(s).
The rows are pasted at the end of the bullet list as shown:
You can copy and paste all rows within the same bullet list or other bullet list with similar structure.
3. Click Save and Close.
