Administrators can configure the Preview pane in the View/Edit Job screen.

To configure the preview pane

1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.

2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired job.

3. Select and double-click the job which you wish to preview.

This opens the job in the View/Edit form.

4. Click Preview Pane.

This displays the Preview Pane of the job.

6. Click More and select Config Settings.

This displays the following screen:

The nodes in this screen specify the tabs in the Preview pane as shown in the following figure:

The main properties configured in this screen are visibility settings and the sequence.

7. Click the required node to expand it.

8. Click the CheckboxState property list and select Visible_Checked_Enabled.

9. Enter the sequence number (position of the tab in the Preview pane) in the Seq property.

10. Click Save and Close.

This displays the following screen:

11. Click Preview Pane.

This displays the following screen with the new tab:

Likewise, you can specify settings for each tab.

12. Click x to close the screen.
