You can configure the grid columns in the Job Catalog.

To configure the grid columns

1. Navigate to the Job Catalog tab.

2. Click More, Edit Job Catalog Portal Settings.

3. Click All Properties.

This displays the following screen:

4. Goto the GridLayout_JobCatalog property.

5. Click More next to the GridLayout_JobCatalog property.

This displays the following screen:

6. Click Define Grid Columns.

This displays the following screen:

To configure the Export option

You can configure access to the Export option for specific user roles.

In Authorization Settings, configure the user roles in the ExportProfiles_Manage_SecurityProfiles property.
