You can configure the Select Actions list items in the Import Dashboard.
To configure Import Dashboard
1. On the Advanced Tools menu, click Import Dashboard.
Or
Click the Import Dashboard link in the Quick Links section.
This displays the Import Dashboard tab:
You can configure the following list items in this tab:
2. Click More, and then click Configure Import Dashboard.
This displays the Configure Import Dashboard screen:
To add a new item
1. Click Add.
This displays the following dialog box:
2. Enter the name and click Save and Close.
This adds the name in the list as shown in the following figure:
3. In the Import Type list, select the type of import that will be used for the new item.
4. Select the following in the Import Visibility list:
- True – To show the item in the list
- False – To hide the item in the list
5. Enter the description in the Description box.
6. Select the following in the Description Visibility list:
- True – To show the description
- False – To hide the description
7. Select the default profile in the Import Profile Name list.
8. Select the following in the Show Selected Profile Name Only list:
- True – To show only the default selected profile name
- False – To allow users to select other import profiles
9. Click More next to the Security Profiles box.
This screen allows you to set the profiles which can view this item.
This displays the Select Security Profiles for Button screen:
10. Select the profiles and click Select and Close Form.
This populates the details in the box as shown:
11. Click Save and Close.
This item is added in the Import Dashboard:
To rename an item in the Import Dashboard
1. Select the item which you wish to rename and click Rename.
This displays the Import Name box:
2. Edit the name and click Save and Close.
This updates the details as shown in the following figure:
3. Edit the required fields as shown:
4. Click Save and Close.
This saves the new settings of this item in the Import Dashboard.
To remove an item in the Import Dashboard
1. Select the item in the list which you wish to remove.
2. Click Remove.
3. Click Yes.
This deletes the item from the list:
4. Click Save and Close.
This saves the settings and closes the screen.
