You can configure the features in the My Employees tab by editing the node tree. This configuration includes caption, color, style settings, enable/disable functionalities, and so on.
To configure the My Employees tab
1. Navigate to the main page of the application.
2. Right-click the My Employees icon in the Quick Links section, and select Edit Node.
This displays the Edit Tree Structure screen of the selected node:
3. Click the All Properties tab.
This screen displays the configurable properties of the My Employees tab:
Some properties are the same for all nodes while some are specific to the node.
The features in the My Employee tab are configured in the All Properties tab as shown
The following table describes the common properties of all nodes in the Home Page Tree:

The Manager View Employees section displays the properties specific to this node.
Fields that appear dimmed are not available for editing.
4. Select a property in the list and click More.
This property sets the default export format of the job (Word, PDF, HTML). The default value is set to Word.

5. Select the required value in the list and click Save.
This updates the default value of the property as shown:
The default value is updated to PDF. Now, all jobs will be exported in PDF format.

5. Set the properties as per your requirements.
6. Click Save and Close.
This closes the screen and applies the updated properties in the My Employee tab.
To hide the terminated employees
1. RIght-click the My Employees icon and select Edit Auth Settings.

This displays the following screen:
3. Click the Employee Related node and select ViewTerminatedEmployees.
4. Set the ViewTerminatedEmployees property to False.
5. Click Save and Close.
6. Click Select and Close Form.
This hides the terminated employees in the My Employee tab.
