You can export jobs from JDXpert via API transfer. This feature is primarily used to transfer jobs to Workday.
To export jobs via API transfer
You can transfer only authorized jobs to Workday and it can be configured in the Job Descriptions settings.
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired jobs.
3. Select the jobs which you wish to export via API transfer.
4. Click Export, and select Export via API Transfer.
This displays the following dialog box:

a. If multiple jobs are selected in the Job Management tab, it displays the following screen:
b. Select the required jobs which you wish to transfer.
5. Click Export to Workday.
This transfers the job to Workday and displays a confirmation message.
6. Click Close Form.
Which jobs can be exported to Workday via API?
- Edit the auth. settings of Job Management.
This displays the following screen:
- Expand the Job Desc Export Settings - Admin Only node, and set the following properties to True:
- ExportUsingWebService_ChildJobs – To allow exporting of child jobs
- ExportUsingWebService_IndependentJobs – To allow exporting of independent jobs
- ExportUsingWebService_ParentJobs – To allow exporting of parent jobs
- Click Save and Close.
- Click Select and Close Form.
