Error Message: 'One or more of your selected jobs is not eligible for API Transfer.' Parent jobs are not eligible for export.

You may get the following error while exporting jobs to Workday via API Transfer:

Resolution

To update the authorization settings

1. Edit the auth. settings of Job Management.
2. Set the following properties to True:

• ExportUsingWebService_ChildJobs
• ExportUsingWebService_IndependentJobs
• ExportUsingWebService_ParentJobs

3. Click Save and Close.

To update the Workday settings

1. Edit the Workday Integration Settings.

2. Update the Submit_Job_Profile_Rule as shown:
