Audit logs record user activities and events.
Overview
Audit logs help you monitor activities within your system. These audit logs are the report on every event occurring in the system. It helps to secure and monitor data for possible vulnerabilities or misuse.
The common types of audit logs are related to:
- Jobs (workflow, update, delete, etc.)
- Employee (add, delete, password, user records, etc.)
- Login (successful, failed, etc.)
- Admin related
- User related
- Data related
- Business rules
- Impersonating
- Workday
- MarketPay
These audit types are configured during the system implementation. Audit logs are saved for a maximum period of one year.
