You can manually run a remote task on demand.
To run a remote task on demand
1. Navigate to the Admin Tools tab.
2. Click the System Settings node to expand, and select Remote Tasks.
3. Select a remote task in the grid and click Run Task Now.
This displays the following message:
This initiates the execution of the selected remote task.
4. Click OK to close the message.
