There are standard remote tasks in JDXpert.

Overview

The standard remote tasks in the system are:

Employee Import – Imports the employee data from the file on FTP
Job Import – Imports the job data from the file on FTP
Daily Housekeeping – Performs housekeeping tasks and used for sending email reminders for employee acknowledgments and job workflows.
MarketPay Import – Imports the MarketPay data into the system
Workday Export – Uploads the job data to Workday
Workday Import – Imports the job data from Workday to JDXpert
Email Change Report – Sends the job change report in email
ADP Export – Exports the job data to ADP
Email Job Links – Sends the job links for all jobs in email
Communal Jobs Export – Exports approved jobs to the content library as crowd-sourced jobs
Report Task – Reports a particular task
Employee Snapshots – Sends job acknowledgment emails to employees based on the specified criteria
