You can create reference bullet lists to set default options in the Physical Demands or Working Conditions bullet list. These lists can also be used for other bullet lists.
Overview
Select an option in the 'Physical Demands Category' dropdown list to populate the Physical Demands and Working Conditions blocks with a predetermined set of selected radio buttons, as shown.

Let us see an example how to create reference bullet lists for the Physical Demands block.
To open the bullet designer
- Open the job template editor.
- Click the Edit icon for the Physical Demands bullet list.
- Select the Data tab, and click Bullet List Designer.
This displays the following screen:
- Select the Row/Column Settings tab.
- Make sure that the following options are selected:
The Override Ref. B/List has the following expression:
=if (@job.Physical_Requirements@ = '', '', 'Physical Demands - '+@job.Physical_Requirements@)
To create new reference bullet lists
You need to create reference bullet lists.
- Navigate to Admin Tools.
- Expand the Data Management node, and select Reference Bullet Lists node.
- Click Import, and select the Import from Excel menu to open the import wizard and import the reference bullet lists from an Excel file.
