You can configure the remote task to initiate employee acknowledgments.
To configure the “Employee Snapshots” remote task
Employee snapshots are generated using the Employee Snapshots remote task. They are not generated automatically.
- Set up a new Employee Snapshots remote task as shown:
- Add the following steps to this task:
- AcknowledgementsProcessing
- EmployeeDataSnapshots
To capture the employee snapshots manually
- Navigate to the Admin Tools tab.
- Expand the Activity and Notifications node, and select Employee Notifications and Change Events.
This displays the following screen:
- Click Refresh Employee Snapshots.
This displays the following message:
- Click Yes.
This begins the process to capture snapshots.
The system analyzes change events within each employee and job record.
This displays the Employee Snapshots Log screen:
- Click Close Form.
This displays the following completion message:
Acknowledgments are triggered by action events.
