To configure the employee change events

1. Navigate to the Admin Tools.
2. Select the Employee Notifications and Change events node.

This displays the following screen:

3. Click Edit Event Notification Settings.

This displays the following screen:

4. Select the JD Acknowledgments node, and set the Enabled property to True.

5. Select the JD Acknowledgements node, and click More in the Action Events property.

This displays the following screen:

6. Select the action events for which you wish to trigger a snapshot.

7. Click Save.

The action events are populated in the ActionEvents property as shown:

The notification events are displayed in this color.

8. Examine other properties to ensure they are properly configured.

9. Click Save and Close.

To add another instance of JD Acknowledgment

1. Click Add App Generator.

2. Select JD Acknowledgements in the drop-down list.

3. Click Select and Close Form.

Add it under JDXApps Instance Generation.

This displays another JD Acknowledgements node in JDXApps Instance Generation.
