Layout Changes and Highlighting

We have also made some changes to the Side-by-Side View. To view job descriptions using this functionality, click on Show Side-By-Side View within the form view to view job descriptions in the same job family side-by-side.

You will notice a much cleaner layout that we had before and all of the jobs within this job family are listed side-by-side.

We still have the option for Highlighting Differences and Hiding Identical Rows.

We have added the ability to highlight a row by clicking on it. This will highlight a row so that you can scroll from horizontally within this view and compare the job descriptions.

To open a job description, double-click the job description.

Closing out this view will bring you back to the side-by-side view.
