V2 gives you the ability to save time so that you don’t have to scroll through your many job descriptions. With enhanced filters, you have greater flexibility to narrow down your views to only see the jobs you need. You have greater filter options than you had in V1. You can see any active filter being applied to the grid under the search text box located at the top of the screen.
You can add additional filters and stack them to really narrow down the view of job descriptions. For example, lets add an additional filter for job family.
You can remove any filter by simply clicking on the red x to the right of the filter in the list.
If you have multiple filters in place and want to remove them all, you can select Clear All.
The Advanced Job Search will allow you to create additional filters.
These will allow you to filter based on a specific field and value--for example, setting a filter to only see job descriptions with a value of Pay Grade equal to E04. Once the filter is created, you can click on Apply to apply the filter to the active filters.
When setting up your new filter, you can click on the + button on the upper-right corner to set up additional criteria. Or click on the Trash icon to remove criteria from the filter.
If this is a filter you will use often, you can click on the button Save To My Filters. This new filter will now appear at the bottom of the Advanced Job Search under My Filters.
