To import complete job descriptions from the content library, begin by selecting the Import option followed by Import Jobs from the Content Library.
Once you have been redirected, you can search for jobs using a text search or you can filter for jobs using job family and sub-family.
Click on the drop-down to see a full list of job families and sub families. You can also click on the magnifying glass to bring up the job family, sub family explorer view.
Expand the tree view to see a list of sub families associated with the job family selected. Make a selection of sub family to see a list of job descriptions along with its job summary appear.
If this is a job description that you would like to see in its entirety, simply select and close. You will see the selected job description on the left side of your screen.
Click View Source to see the full job description including Summary, Essential Functions, Qualifications, and Physical Demands.
If this is a job description that you would like to add to your own library, click on Add Job Description to Download List. Once the job description has been added to your import list on the right side, click on Start Import.
Once the import process completes, you will receive confirmation that your job has been added to your library.
When you return to your job library, you will be able to search for your newly added job description. It is important to note that the information imported from the content library is dependent upon your master template configuration. For more information, please contact our support team.
