Workflow Changes

Another enhancement in V2 is the addition of the Workflows button. This is located just above the job description grid.

By selecting a job description not already in workflow, you can click on the Workflows drop down and start an express workflow.

To begin, just select your workflow profile, add approvers for each step, and begin your workflow.

Incidentally, when selecting a job description not currently in workflow, you have the ability to update your IsApproved flag to True.

By selecting a job description that is already in workflow and clicking on the Workflows drop down list, you are able to view the workflow details for the selected job description.

This includes a list of approvers and the current status of the workflow.

From here, you may add additional participants by clicking on the People icon and selecting an additional reviewer. You can also view comments from the workflow and compare changes that have occurred in the job description with each step of the workflow.
