Now let's take a look at the search and filter function.
If your screen is not populated, you will first need to click on the magnifying glass to populate the employees.
For the text search, you can put in any stream that you would like to search for. In the example below, we are looking for Armando Crowder. Click the x mark to clear the search. We could also use a filter. These filters do stack.
So, if you were to select Ad-Hoc Employees and then select All Administrators, there are no job descriptions that show up. But, if we remove the Ad-Hoc Employees, it will then show the administrators. The filters also have sub-filters. As you can see, employees linked to base employees, we have one. If we were looking at the Business Unit, we could select what business unit we would like to filter for.
If there is no information in the job description to filter by, you will see a no data available. You can also configure the filters by adding and removing what you use what you don't use. This adjustment would need to be done by your JDX administrator.
