For additional job management tools, locate the ellipsis (...) or the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner. When you select Configure, you have the option to modify the various grids that appear here within job management. You will also be able to Configure Filters, Add User-defined filters, Modify the Headings and Sequence of items that appear in your right panel, and also edit your authorization settings file.
Selecting Data Management will allow you to perform Housekeeping Tasks on your job descriptions, Export Legacy Values for Choice Lists and Update Flags associated with your job descriptions.
