Let's take a look at the Employee Search.
In Employee Search, you will notice an "Action" column on the left side. With this we have two icons; the first icon is to preview the job for this employee, the second icon just to view the employee details.
If you select the first icon and view the job for this employee, it will open up a drop down. Select what you would like to see. In the example below, we will View the Job as an Employee.
You will see the job description form with the job description for that employee and can view the drop description.
The second part of the Action column is the View Employee Details link. Click on this to open up the Employee Details dialog box.
Here you can view the details for that employee including their Employee Information, their Job and Managers, Flags and Options, Impersonations, Employee Roles, Base/Secondary Position, and JDX Applications (if applicable). None of these can be edited as this is opened in a view-only format.
