You may be wondering what happens if you still need help after you complete the onboarding modules or if have you questions or need some guidance on how your JDX system functions. No worries, we're here to help you along the way.
Please use the chatbot as an initial resource as you complete your onboarding modules. Simply click on the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your onboarding module screen for assistance. If your question requires a more extensive response, you will be referred to an implementation specialist directly through the chatbot.
