If you would like to look at the job posting, click on the dropdown arrow here, select from Job Posting from the Preview drop-down to see the job posting.
To tweak the template, just click on any job description, click on the three dots on the left, and choose Job Posting.
This displays the job posting,
Once here, click on the three dots to the right. This will bring you into the job posting template when selecting the Edit Job Posting Template.
You will see that the template is divided into a number of different sections.
On the right-hand side is the HTML view of your job posting, The header is your job title or your job description name.
The Organization Summary contains the default text that you see here. You are welcome to change it. To change this text, highlight the Disclaimer, delete it and enter the text you’d like to have appear on every job description.
The section called A Brief Overview is coming from your Job Summary. If you'd like to change the caption here, you could do so by clicking on Job Summary to the left and entering the caption you like.
The Essential Functions section of the job posting is called What you will do. You may want to change the heading again to Essential Functions or anything else. To do so, go ahead and click on the caption, enter the caption you’d prefer. You will see this going forward on all of your job postings.
You will see some text expressions here which pull the text from JDX into the job posting. This is only editable only for Enterprise customers, for Basic and Pro product levels, this text is not editable.
The Qualifications (ALL) groups all the qualifications together in one section, which is how you see it displayed here.
And again you can change the caption if you’d like.
You can set visibility for all of the fields that appear in your Job Posting. Using Physcial Demands and Working Conditions as examples, you may choose to have the field appear Visible or Not Visible by clicking on the Visibility Rule.
For example, if you do not want Physical Demands to appear on your job postings, just click Invisible and it will disappear.
We show it here with Working Conditions as well.
Click on Working Conditions, make it Invisible if you prefer and you will no longer see them.
The Posting Footer has disclaimer text at the bottom of the tagline, and you can change this to your own statement if you prefer.
Just click on the tagline expression as you see below and put your own text.
Once you complete your changes, click Save and Close to see your changes appear in the job posting.
To see updated changes to job description content in real time, go into the job description and edit the job.
You can see changes made in real-time right on the job posting.
Click on the Edit toggle button and go to the Qualifications page.
You can make changes to your data and see them appear in the posting immediately by just clicking on View Job Posting. For example, let’s add some work experience and save the job,
Select Continue Editing, so we don’t close out of it.
Once we select View Job Posting and go to the Job Posting, we can see the changes change made here in the job posting.
We can also see the job posting by selecting View Content > Preview Pane.
The Job Posting view is also visible in the Job Catalog. On the home page, select Job Catalog.
Any job selected here will be visible to the user in the Job Posting view.
