Once you have clicked on the Add/Edit Help button, a new window will appear.
Click to show the editor. Once you click on show editor, you will see new items appear on the screen: the name of the help file, the option to add a new help file, clear the help file or edit an already existing help file. You also have the option to add a tooltip.
A tooltip allows you to include language that appears when you hover over a caption in the job description form view.
To add a new help file, simply click Add New Help File. The name of your file will be created for you based on the name of the caption.
Once you hit Save and Close, the editor will appear where you can add your information for the help text for that field.
Once you have added all the information you would like for the section, you can hit Save and Close. The help information will appear next to the field in the Form View.
To edit an already existing help file, simply click on the Edit Help file.
The process is very similar to adding a new help file except that you will be changing the details in your current help file. Once you have completed your changes, you can hit Save and Close.
In addition to adding and editing help, you can also clear out files. If you no longer would like the help icon to be visible in the form view, simply clear your help file and the icon will disappear. The tooltip also needs to be removed in order for the help file to disappear.
Tips and Tricks
Have you inserted a table using the copy/paste options? Can't see the grid lines?
Change the value in the table border in the source formatting. The background color of the help file can also be adjusted in this area. Please note that this is a HEX code.
