For this lesson, we are going to be configuring the job description form view. To begin, we're going to click on JD Job Management under Quick Links.
After you have entered JD Job Management, you will want to open and view a job description. To open a job description, simply double-click on the job or click on the edit button under Action.
Now that we have opened the job description, we will want to click on Edit.
To access the Express Form Editor, you will want to right-click next to any field to the left of the the job description fields. Once you've right-clicked next to a building block, you will see two options appear--Edit Building Block and Edit All Building Blocks. If you would like to edit the single building block to the right of where you clicked, you would select Edit Building Block. In this lesson, we are going to explore Edit All Building Blocks. Once you have selected Edit All Building Blocks, you will see the Express Editor appear.
From here you will notice the tabs to the left which represent the tabs on your job description form view. You will also notice on each tab there is a list of fields that can be edited!
Next to each field are three icons - the drag and drop icon, the visibility icon, and the edit icon.
