Once you are in the Job Template Editor, you can begin your configuration to make whatever changes you’d like to make to the actual form.
Just like the job description form, the Master Template itself is organized by tab pages on the left and within each tab page, you will see the building blocks (JDX terminology for the fields available to you). These tab pages are editable. You can change their names and you can change the order in which they appear as well by clicking on Configure Tab Pages.
You can make changes to each field in the Master Template. You can edit by clicking on the pencil and paper icon, check the visibility by clicking on the eyeball to enable or disable visibility, and you can go ahead and drag-drop to move the order of these fields. Note that for Basic and Pro customers, fields cannot be moved to different tab pages and new tab pages cannot be added (although you CAN edit any tab page you currently have).
Once you’re in edit mode, you can make changes to the captions, the dropdowns, and any other information you’d like to have appear. You also have the option to decide whether or not you want these fields to be printed on your job description form.
