The Overview page is very straightforward.

In the Job Template Editor, you may not be familiar with the second Job Description field.

This field is mostly utilized by Workday customers. It allows JDX to compile whatever information the client would like to pull from the entire job description into this one field that would be sent over to the Workday Job Description field. So, if you are not a Workday customer, you won't be using this; and you will see it is turned off by default.
