Competencies – JDXpert

Moving on to Competencies, you'll see the competencies that are provided to you by JDXpert.

This again is an extremely robust list of competencies that you can choose to determine the competency level of the job description.

The competencies that are selected here populate the interview questions that follow the competencies.

When viewing the different print options under View Content, in the job description form itself, (we will go back to look at this in the Viewing Content section of this overview), you will see the print profiles that are available to you. There is one called Interview Guide. The Interview Guide will pull the interview questions that were created based on the competencies that were selected. Again, this is editable for only Enterprise customers, but Basic and Pro can access all default competencies as part of their product level. As a side note, our default competencies are used by about 98% of our customers; very few customers feel the need to change them.
