Like Essential Functions, Qualifications are also bullet list fields.
You may choose to use our Best Practice template, but, again, you have choices for alternate layouts by clicking on the Edit button and picking up the appropriate formats in the Layout list. Layouts that end with a “-WD” are choices that may be chosen by Workday customers.
If you want to capture a field of study, you can capture it under Education Details. If you wanted to capture this field as a Workday customer (for Workday positions), you can select the appropriate layout.
You can change the Education Level dropdown list to better match your criteria. However, do keep in mind that these values match the values in the JDXpert content library.
Using Experience as an example, if your choice list differs from the default choice list provided by JDX--for example, you list 6 to 8 years of experience-- and you’re seeking content for years of experience, the system will still look for 7 to 9 years of experience when you utilize Global Search, based on the default values in JDX.
For Enterprise clients, the values in the content library can be mapped to match your values; however, while you can pull in the content for Basic and Pro customers, you would need to update the years of experience to reflect your choice list values in the actual job description.
JDXpert provides you with an extremely robust list of Licenses and Certifications.
However, if you find that there are licenses and certification that you need that are not on JDXpert’s list, you can do one of two things: 1) you can update the choice list either directly in the Express Editor or import an updated Excel file, or 2) you can leave this as it is and just add a field for Additional Licenses and Certifications where you can enter the text without having to use a drop-down and have that field appear following the Licenses and Certifications drop-down field.
