Preparing the Print Profile – JDXpert

The high-level overview below will explain how to create and update the printed output of your job descriptions.

As stated earlier you can move building blocks in JDX. You know that you can add a field, make changes to the field, or move fields around within the job description format. When you save it, you have the option to change the view of the print profile. You will want to do this because you want to view the changes you made in the form to be visible in the print of your job description. This is a very simple task; just to go to the ellipsis on the upper right of your Express Editor screen where you will see an option to Regenerate Print Profiles.

Just click on Yes and all your print profiles will be regenerated.
