Registration

The below screenshot is the logon page you will see when accessing JDXpert.

If you are a new JDXpert user and you have been sent an invitation to join the system, you will receive an email that looks like this:

This contains a link to the site as well as a Continue Registration link.

Click on the link, enter your email address and click Continue.

When asked for your verification code, copy the verification code from the email that you received and paste it into this box, and then click on Verify Code.

Once the verification code is accepted, please continue with the registration.

Select OK, select your Security Question and type your answer into the box. Click Continue

and hit Yes.

Forgot Password

If you are a currently registered user of JDxpert and forgot your password, you can click the Forgot Password link.

Enter in your email and click Continue

Enter the answer to your Security Question and click on Recover Password.

You will receive an email with your current password that you can use to log into the JDxpert system.

Logging into the System

To log into the JDxpert, you will need to navigate to the URL and provide two types of information: your username (which is typically an email address) and your password. Once entered, click Sign In to access the site.
