The My Job Tasks icon will only show up if you are participating in a task, such as a workflow or employee acknowledgement.
If you have no tasks that involve you, this icon will not appear. Within the My Job Tasks, you will see all tasks that are assigned to you. In this example, you will see a Training Specialist job description in workflow that needs to be completed.
And when I have completed my step of the workflow, the next person who will need to take action on this job description will be Eleanor Brown. If you have multiple tasks that are assigned to you, and if you want to find a specific task, you can use the text search box at the top and type in part of the job description name or you can use the filters to find what you are looking for.
The icons on the right panel will allow you to approve or reject the job description, add a comment, and view the details of the workflow (the "reject" icon will appear for any step outside of Step 1 of the workflow).
