Click here to access the Employee Search function.
To see a list of employees, click on the magnifying glass, you will notice an Action column on the left side.
Here you will see two icons: the first icon is to preview the job for this employee, the second icon is to view the employee details.
If you select the first icon and view the job for this employee and click on it, it will open up a drop-down.
Select what you would like to see. For this, let's just view the job of this employee.
As you can see, the job description form view pops up with the job description for that employee.
You can then view the job description and all other details.
The second part of the Action column is the View Employee Details.
Click on this to open the Employee details dialog box.
Here you can view the details of that employee including their Employee Information, their Job and Manager(s), Flags and Options, Impersonations, Employee Roles, Base and Secondary Positions, and JDX Applications, if applicable.
This feature is viewable only, and not editable.
