You can log in to JDXpert using single sign-on (SSO). This feature is available only for Enterprise clients.
Overview
Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication process that allows users to access multiple applications or websites with one set of login credentials. Instead of remembering different usernames and passwords for each service, users only need to log in once, and they're granted access to all authorized resources.
Advantages
SSO offers numerous advantages for both users and organizations:
Improved User Experience: SSO eliminates the need of managing multiple login credentials.
Increased Productivity: Users spend less time logging in and more time being productive.
Enhanced Security: SSO can improve security by reducing the number of passwords users need to remember, minimizing the risk of weak or reused passwords. It also centralizes authentication, making it easier to manage and control access.
Reduced IT Support Costs: Fewer password reset requests translate to lower IT support costs.
Simplified Access Management: SSO simplifies the process of granting and revoking user access to applications.

SSO Configuration
SSO is configured in the system settings.
JDXpert uses two attributes from your organization's credentials for user mapping. The commonly mapped fields are:
Logon ID
Last Name
Email Address
SSO authenticates users by verifying that the user data in JDXpert matches the corresponding data in your organization's identity system. If you experience SSO login problems, it usually indicates a mismatch between these data sets.
