You can perform text searches, filter jobs based on various parameters, and show or hide inactive jobs. The search and filter options can be combined to obtain the desired results.
To search jobs
1. Navigate to the Job Management or Job Library tab.
2. In the Search box, enter the keyword on which you wish to search for jobs.
3. Click the Search icon.
This displays the search results and records count:
4. Click x to close the search results.

To search jobs in the My Jobs Task tab
For further information, refer to the section, “To view the workflows in the My Job Tasks tab” in the “Viewing Jobs in Workflows" article.
To filter jobs
1. Click the Filter list.
This displays the categories and subcategories of filters.
2. In the Filter list, select the required filter.
This displays the filtered job list.
3. Click the x next to the Active Filters to remove a filter
Or
Click Clear All to remove all filters.
You can combine keyword searches and filters to further narrow the results.
To display inactive jobs
“Is Retired” or “Is Hidden” flag is turned on in the inactive jobs.
1. Turn off the Show Active Jobs Only toggle to display both active and inactive jobs.
