You can access jobs in workflows from several areas in the system.
To view the workflows in the “Tasks” section
1. In the Home Page tab, view your pending tasks in the Tasks section.
2. Click a job to open the View/Edit screen and review the job.
This displays the View/Edit screen:

To view the workflows in “My Job Tasks”
On the Actions menu, click My Job Tasks.
This displays the My Job Tasks tab.
This tab displays the following details:
Search and Filter Options – Search and filter options
Toolbar – Buttons (Workflow history, export)
Job List – Based on the search and filter options
Workflow Toolbar – Workflow related buttons
2. Use the search and filter options to get the desired workflow list.
The search function searches data in all fields/columns in the My Job Tasks tab, except the data in the two Workflow Process columns.
3. Select a job in the list.
The following actions can be performed from the workflow toolbar:
Approve the job and advance the workflow
Reject the job and return to the previous step
View, add, and edit comments on this job
View the workflow details
4. Double-click the job to view its details in the View/Edit screen:

To view the workflows in “Job Management”
1. On the Actions menu, click the Job Management tab.
This displays the Job Management tab:
2. In the Filter list, select In Workflow (My Step).
This displays your jobs that are in progress.
3. Double-click a job to open the View/Edit job screen and review the job.
In the Job Library tab, use the Job Descriptions Requiring My Review filter to view your in-progress jobs.
You can also view jobs from the My Jobs tab. For further information, refer to the article, “My Jobs.”
