You can copy a job and rename it to create a new job.
To copy a job
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired job.
3. In the job data grid, select the job which you wish to copy.
4. In the Action column, click More, and then click Copy.
This displays the Save As… dialog box:
5. In the New Job Name box, enter the new job name.
6. In the Job Code box, enter the job code (if applicable).
7. Click Save and Close.
The new job is created and displayed in the grid as follows:
