You have to register your details in the system initially. This is a one-time process to retrieve your password.

To register the details

1. Open the application in the browser:

This displays the home page of the application.

2. Click Continue Registration.

This displays the following screen:

3. Enter your company email address and click Continue.

This displays the following screen:

4. In the Security Question list, select the security question.

5. Enter the answer in the Answer box.

6. Click Continue.

This displays the following message:

These details are required while retrieving the password.

7. Click Yes.

This displays the confirmation message:

8. Click Login to go to the home page.

This completes the registration.
