Resetting the Forgotten Password

You can reset the forgotten password.

To reset the password

  1. Open the site URL in the browser:

This displays the home page.

  1. Click Forgot Password.

This displays the following screen:

  1. Enter the email address and click Send Reset Email.

This displays the following message:

If an account exists with the email address, a password reset email is sent with instructions. The link in this email is valid for only one hour after the reset request is submitted.

  1. Click OK.

  2. Click x to close the message.

  1. Click the password reset link in the email that you have received.

This displays the following screen:

  1. Enter the password in the Password box.

  2. Confirm the password in the Confirm Password box.

  1. Click Change.

This displays the confirmation message:

Your password has been reset. You can now log in with your new password.
