How to Configure Employee Registration, Password, and Account Settings?

To edit the logon page settings

1. On the Settings icon, click Edit Logon Page Settings.

This displays the following screen:

2. Select the All Properties tab.

To set the minimum password length

1. Specify the minimum password length in the MinPasswordLength property.

2. Click Save and Close.

To specify the registration email subject

1. specify the subject line text for the following registration emails:

• Registration_EmailSubject_NewAccount: Text for new account registration email

• Registration_EmailSubject_PasswordRecover: Text for password recovery email
• Registration_EmailSubject_PasswordReset: Text for password reset email

2. Click Save and Close.

To configure the secret questions

1. Expand the SecretQuestions_lines property.

This displays the following screen:

2. Update the questions from [0] to [25].

3. Click Save and Close.

To specify the account logout text

1. Specify the text in TextAccountLockedOut property.

2. Click Save and Close.

To specify other account settings

1. Specify the following properties:

• TextLinkContinueRegistration – To change the Continue Registration text
• TextLinkCreateAccount – To change the Create Account text
• TextLinkForgotPassword – To change the Forgot Password text
• TexLinkLogOut – To change the Log Out text.

2. Specify the top panel height in the TopPanelHeight property.

By default the top panel height is 80.

For example, if the top panel height is set to 125, the logon screen is displayed as follows:
