You can submit tickets for the issues or queries in the application.
To submit a ticket
1. On the toolbar, click the Tickets icon.
Or
Click the Tickets tab.
This displays the following screen:
2. Enter the mail address in the CC box (if required).
3. Select the priority in the Priortity list.
4. Select the following in the Contact Reason list.
- Contact your CSM - To contact your CSM
- Submit a support ticket - To submit a support ticket
- Payment Issue - For payment related queries
5. Enter the subject line in the Subject box.
When you enter the subject details, relevant articles appear in the Suggested articles list as shown:
6. Right-click the required article and open in a new tab.
The article is displayed as shown:
7. If the article doesn't contain the answer, enter the details in the Description box.
8. Add attachments in the Attachments box (if required).
9. Click Submit.
This submits the ticket to the support team.
To submit a ticket (MarketPay Customers)
1. Click the MarketPay Jobs Support icon.
This displays the following screen:
2. Click Contact MarketPay Support.
This displays the following screen:
3. Click Submit Request.
This displays the form to submit the ticket.
4. Follow the steps mentioned in the previous section to submit your ticket.
