You can view, add, and edit the previous roles of employees.
To view the previous roles of an employee
1. Navigate to the Employee Administration tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired employees.
3. Select the employee for which you wish to view the previous roles.
4. Double-click the employee to display the details in the Edit screen.
5. Click the Job and Manager(s) tab.
This displays the following screen:
6. Click View Past Jobs and Acknowledgements.
This displays the previous roles in the following screen:
7. Select any role in the list and click the following:
- View Job Description (Print Version) – To view the role in print/preview mode
- View Job Description (Form Mode) – To view the role in form/edit mode
This displays the role details as follows:
8. Click Close Form to close the PDF.
To edit the previous roles of an employee
1. Click Edit Past Job List in the Edit screen:
This displays the Past Jobs for Employee screen:
To add a new role
1. Select a role and click Add Record.
This displays the Employee Past Job Description screen.
2. Select the start date of the job in the Start Date list.
4. Click the following icon to select a role.
This displays the following screen:
5. Use the search and filter options to find the desired roles.
6. Select the role and click Select Job Description and Close Form.
The job role details is populated in the screen:
7. Click the following icon to select the manager.
This displays the Select Employee screen:
8. Select the manager and click Select Employee and Close Form.
This populates the details as shown:
7. Click Save and Close.
8. Click Save and Close.
9. Click Save and Close.
This saves the changes and closes the screen.
To edit an existing role
1. Select a role and click the Edit icon.
This displays the Edit Past Jobs screen:
2. Edit the required fields and click Save and Close.
This saves the changes and closes the screen:
3. Click Save and Close.
4. Click Save and Close.
This saves the changes and closes the screen.
