You can upload attachments for employees. These attachments may be additional information or any other document.
To upload attachments for employees
1. Navigate to the Employee Administration tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to find the desired employees.
3. Double-click an employee for which you wish to add an attachment.
This displays the following screen:
4. Click More, and select Attachments.
This displays the Employee Attachments screen:
5. Click Upload.
This displays the following screen:
6. Click Add.
7. Click Choose File.
8. Select a file to which you wish to add an attachment.
9. Click OK.
This adds file in the Employee Attachments screen as shown:
You can add the required attachments in this screen.
10. Click x to close the form.
11. Click Save and Close.
To view the attachment
1. Click the View icon in the Employee Attachments screen.
This displays the preview of the attachment as shown:
2. Click Close.
To save the attachment as Blob
You can save the attachments as Blob if you wish to hide them from other users (except administrators and authorized users).
1. Click the Save as Blob icon for the required attachment.
This displays the Confirm Conversion message:
2. Click Yes.
This displays the Confirmation message:
3. Click OK.
This hides the files in the Employee Attachments screen:
The attachment will be visible to admin and authorized users only.
To view the system files
1. Select the Show System Files check box.
This displays the system and hidden files (saved as Blob) as shown.
This option is available to admin users only.
2. Click x to close the screen.
