You can add interview questions in the job descriptions.
Overview
You can create a set of interview questions in the Competencies section of the job description.
You need to create the Interview Questions block in the master template (if not present).
Interview questions are imported from the reference statements.
To verify the Competencies section
You need to verify if there is an Interview Questions block in your master template.
1. Navigate to the Admin Tools tab.
2. Click the Jobs Administration node and select Master Template.
This displays the following screen:
3. Double-click the required master template to open it.
This displays the following screen:
4. Click the Competencies node and Preview tab.
This displays the preview as shown:
5. Click the Building Blocks (Fields) tab.
This displays the blocks in the Competencies node:
You need to add the Interview Questions building block (if not present already).
To create the Interview Questions block
1. Click Add.
This displays the following screen:
2. In the Type of Binding list, select User_defined.
3. In the User-Defined Field Name list, select [Add new User-Defined Field].
4. Click More next to the User-Defined Field Name box to add a new user-defined field.
This displays the following dialog box:
5. Enter the name in the Name box.
6. Enter the name in the Caption box.
7. Enter the name in the Description box (if necessary).
8. In the Type of Building Block list, select JDX_JobBB_BulletedList.
9. Click Save and Close.
This populates the details of the new user-defined field as shown:
10. Click Save and Close.
This displays the new Interview Questions block as shown:
To add and configure grid columns in the Interview Questions block
1. Select the block and click Bullet List Designer.
This displays the following screen:
2. Configure and add grid columns as shown in the following screen:

3. Click the Row/Column Settings tab.
4. In the Default Rows Options section, select Default Rows Only.
5. In the Default Rows Source section, select Override Expression.
6. Click Edit next to the Override Expression box.
This displays the following dialog box:
7. Add the following expression:
=ToBulletList(ForEachRow('Competencies_Core','GetInterviewQs'))
8. Click Save and Close.
This populates the expression as shown:
9. Again, click the Define Grid Columns tab.
You can also adjust width of all columns as per your requirements.
10. Click Close Form.
11. Click Save and Close.
To edit the reference statements for interview questions
Competencies and interview questions are imported from the reference statements.
1. Navigate to the Admin Tools tab.
2. Select the Data Management node and click Reference Statements.
This displays the reference statements in the system:
2. Use the search and edit options to find the required statements.
3. Double-click a competency to edit.
This displays the following screen:
4. Click the Bullet Row Columns tab.
5. Edit the question as per your requirement.
6. Click Save and Close.
