You can view jobs in the same job family and perform related tasks.
To view a job family
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. Use the search and filter options to search for the desired job.
Use the "Job Family" filter to retrieve jobs in a specific job family.
3. Select the job for which you wish to view the job family.
4. In the right pane, click the Job Family tab.
This displays the Job Family pane.
The Job Family pane includes the following:
- Job Family box – Displays the job family of the selected job
- Sub-Function box – Displays the sub-function of the selected job

Job Family Grid – Displays the jobs in the same job family
- Same Sub-Function Only toggle - To hide/display jobs with different sub-functions (other than the selected job)
- Side-by-Side Changes button – To view the Side-By-Side View screen
- Setting a Job Familybutton – To view the Set Job Family screen
