You can export bullet lists of all jobs/selected jobs to Excel.
To export bullet lists to Excel
1. Navigate to the Job Management tab.
2. If desired, narrow the jobs to export.
a. Use the search and filter options to search for the desired jobs.
b. To further narrow the jobs to export, select specific jobs from the grid.
If no jobs are selected, it will export bullet lists of all jobs in the grid.
3. Click Export, and then select Export Bullet Lists to Excel.
This displays the Export Bullet Lists to Excel screen:
4. Select one of the following options:
- Selected Jobs – To export the bullet lists from all/selected jobs in the Job Management grid
- All Jobs – To export the bullet lists from all jobs
5. Select the following check boxes:
- Skip Empty Bullet Columns – To skip empty bullet columns
- Skip Bullet Lists with Only Blank Rows – To skip bullet lists with only blank rows
6. In the first column, select the bullet lists which you wish to export.
7. Select Export Bullet List(s).
This displays the Preview Workbook screen.
8. Click Download.
This displays the Confirm File Download message.
9. Click Download File(s) to download the excel file.
10. Open the Excel file to view it.
